About the Winery
Founded in 1945 by grandfather Giovanni in the Modena area, Azienda Agricola Iori Emanuele is a three-generation family winery now managed by Emanuele Iori. They cultivate 3.5 hectares of traditional local varieties including Lambrusco Grasparossa, Salamino, Sorbara, Malbo Gentile, Fortana, Pignoletto, and Trebbiano, with a focus on sustainable cultivation and manual harvesting.
