About the Winery

Cavaliera is an organic farm and winery in Castelvetro di Modena, founded in 1993 when the Simoni family planted 5 hectares of vineyards using cuttings from old nearby vineyards. The estate focuses on hyper-local varieties including Lambrusco di Grasparossa, Pignoletto and Trebbiano, producing authentic Lambrusco with native yeast fermentation and traditional methods alongside balsamic vinegar and artisanal jams.
