About the Winery

BiòSS is a winery on the hills of Castelvetro di Modena, cultivating indigenous varieties including Lambrusco Grasparossa, Trebbiano Modenese, Malbo Gentile and Ancelotta using organic methods. The estate produces classic method sparkling wines with bottle re-fermentation, no dosage, and no added sugars, using the Gravity Aided Wine method for gentle vinification without pumps.
