About the Winery

Villa Diamante is an iconic organic winery founded in 1996 by Antoine Gaita and his wife Diamante on the hills of Montefredane, Avellino, in the heart of Irpinia's Fiano di Avellino DOCG zone. Today led by their daughter Serena, also an oenologist, the estate cultivates just 3 hectares of north-facing Fiano vineyards at 400-600 meters elevation, producing about 10,000 bottles annually using spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, and extended lees contact that has become their signature style.
