Torre del Pagus is a family winery in Paupisi, Benevento, founded in 2001 by the Rapuano family with a commitment to organic agriculture. The estate produces Aglianico del Taburno DOCG, Falanghina del Sannio DOC, and other wines from indigenous varieties cultivated on the sun-drenched hills of the lower Sannio valley.
