La Dormiente is a winery in Torrecuso, Benevento, founded in 1999 by the Ariano Agnese family on 13 hectares beneath Monte Taburno. Named after the ""Sleeping Woman"" silhouette formed by the Sannio mountains, the estate produces Aglianico, Falanghina, and Coda di Volpe wines that capture the dramatic temperature swings and rich biodiversity of the Taburno regional park.
