I Satoli is a young winery in Montefredane, Avellino, founded in 2020 and producing just 2,700 bottles of Fiano di Avellino DOCG Riserva ""Più Alto"" annually. Their flagship wine comes from a 30-year-old vineyard situated at 600 meters above sea level, reflecting the exceptional terroir of Irpinia.
