About the Winery

Guido Marsella, founded in 1995 in Summonte, Irpinia, is celebrated as one of the pioneers in rediscovering and elevating Fiano di Avellino to world-class status. From eight hectares of estate vineyards at 600-750 meters on rocky-volcanic soils in the Partenio Regional Park, Guido was the first producer to hold back his Fiano for an extra year of bottle aging before release, a practice now adopted by many in the region, and today crafts wines of extraordinary aromatic complexity, longevity, and unmistakable Summonte character.
