About the Winery

Fonzone, also known as Fonzone Caccese, is a family winery founded in 2005 by Lorenzo Fonzone Caccese in Paternopoli, within the prestigious Taurasi DOCG denomination area of Irpinia. The estate produces wines from indigenous varieties including Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG, Taurasi DOCG Riserva, and Irpinia Falanghina, with vineyards of Aglianico and Falanghina coexisting with fruit trees, olive trees, and woods in a beautiful integrated agricultural landscape.
