About the Winery
Di Meo is a prestigious family winery founded in 1986 in Salza Irpina, Irpinia, when brothers Erminia, Generoso, and Roberto Di Meo acquired their parents' historic 18th-century estate, once a hunting lodge of the Caracciolo Prince. Today led by oenologist Roberto Di Meo, the 25-hectare estate produces acclaimed Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco di Tufo DOCG, and Taurasi DOCG from the best-suited areas of Irpinia, alongside single-grape grappas and traditional liqueurs like 'Ratafia di Nonna Erminia', establishing the company as one of the region's most respected producers.
