About the Winery
Cantine Ciervo is a family-run estate in Dugenta, in the Sannio Beneventano area between Sant'Agata dei Goti and Melizzano, with 18 hectares of vineyards. Founded in 2007 under the guidance of Chiarina Mastrocinque and Fabio Ciervo, the estate produces around 100,000 bottles annually from indigenous varieties including Aglianico, Falanghina, and Fiano, with their standout wine 'Cumclave' aged for 36 months in the historic tuff cellars of Palazzo Giannelli in Sant'Agata dei Goti.
