About the Winery
Cantina Francesca is a family-run organic winery in Apollosa, in the Caudina Valley on the eastern slopes of Mount Taburno, with origins dating back to the early 1900s. Today led by brothers Giuseppe and Dario Francesca, the estate cultivates seven hectares of historic Sannio varieties including Coda di Volpe, Aglianico, Falanghina, and Camaiola, producing wines that tell the story of a hardworking family and their dedication to sustainable viticulture.
