Serragiumenta is a distinguished estate in Altomonte, Calabria, centered around a 16th-century castle, with 42 hectares of vineyards set between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. Founded in 1947 by Federico Bilotti and now run by Rita Bilotti and Paolo Canonaco with guidance from esteemed consultant Giovanni La Fauci, the estate produces 35,000 bottles annually from indigenous varieties including Magliocco, Aglianico, and Malvasia alongside Syrah and Cabernet.
