About the Winery

Romano & Adamo is an artisanal winery in Cirò Marina, Calabria, founded by cousins Bernardo Romano and Piero Adamo, born into families with generations of winemaking tradition. The estate focuses on rediscovering and enhancing native Calabrian grape varieties, particularly those of the Cirò DOC, through spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention from vineyard to bottle.
