About the Winery

Le Moire is a boutique winery founded in 2006 by Paolo Chirillo and his wife Ana in Motta Santa Lucia, within the Savuto Valley of Calabria, cultivating about six hectares at 400 meters above sea level. Dedicated exclusively to native varieties including Magliocco, Greco Nero, Mantonico, and Pecorello, the estate practices organic farming and produces around 20,000-30,000 bottles annually of high-identity wines including Annibale, Mute, Shemale, and Zaleuco.
