About the Winery

Cerminara – Fratelli di Cirò is an organic estate spanning six hectares in the heart of the Cirò DOC, run by brothers Pierpaolo, Sergio, and Saverio Cerminara with a focus on meticulous vineyard care and respectful, non-interventionist winemaking. Their wines, crafted primarily from the historic Gaglioppo grape using spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, include notable rosato and red expressions that reflect the mineral-rich clay and limestone soils of the region.
