About the Winery
Cantine Elisium is an estate in the Terre di Cosenza DOC subzone of Donnici, founded in 2009 by brothers Marco and Andrea Caputo with no prior winemaking experience but deep love for their land. Located on the slopes of the Sila plateau south of Cosenza, the estate produces approximately 10,000 bottles annually from indigenous Pecorello and Magliocco Canino grapes, with the first bottling released in 2015 after years of careful vineyard planning.
