About the Winery

Tröpfltalhof is a biodynamic estate near Lake Caldaro in Alto Adige, certified Demeter since 2004, where Andreas Dichristin farms just three hectares to produce around 10,000 bottles annually. Committed to minimal intervention and maximum respect for nature, the estate cultivates Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, and Merlot on varied soils and ages some wines in amphorae to express pure terroir.
