About the Winery
Rabottini Vini e Oli was founded in 2009 by Carlo Massimo Rabottini and his wife Isabella Iezzi in San Giovanni Teatino, Abruzzo, on family lands with vineyards dating back to 1951. This fully certified organic estate, notable for being the first all-wood winery in Abruzzo, produces around 15,000-20,000 bottles annually from indigenous varieties including Montepulciano, Trebbiano, and Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, along with olive oil, on approximately 4 hectares of vines and 6 hectares of olives surrounded by spontaneous licorice plants.
