Cingilia

About the Winery

Cingilia is a small artisan winery founded in 2013 by Fabio Di Donato in Cugnoli, Pescara, Abruzzo, on approximately 4 hectares of family vineyards first acquired a century ago, situated at 250-300 meters elevation on the southeastern edge of the Gran Sasso massif. The estate produces highly territorial wines exclusively from indigenous varieties including Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, and Cococciola, farmed organically with only mineral or vegetable substances and vinified with wild yeasts in stainless steel, producing just a few thousand bottles annually that are celebrated for their purity and mineral expression.
