Cataldi Madonna is a renowned winery in Ofena, Aquila, Abruzzo, founded in 1979 by Antonio Cataldi Madonna and now led by his son Enrico, known for pioneering high-quality winemaking in the Apennine foothills at elevations between 300 and 550 meters. The estate manages approximately 30 hectares of organically farmed vineyards and produces acclaimed wines from indigenous varieties including Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, with particular renown for their single-vineyard expressions from old vines that showcase the unique terroir of the Valle Tirino.
