A three-generation family winery located in San Clemente, Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, Enio Ottaviani cultivates 12 hectares of vines on clay loam hillsides overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Known for producing Sangiovese, Pagadebit, and other native varieties, the estate blends time-honored Romagna traditions with modern winemaking in a striking contemporary cellar designed for both production and immersive tasting experiences.
