About the Winery

Zavalloni is a small family-run estate in Cesena, Madonna dell'Olivo, between the Adriatic coast and the Apennine foothills, cultivating 11 hectares with a commitment to traditional farming. The winery champions native Romagna varieties including Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana and Famoso, producing approximately 35,000 bottles annually with artisanal, low-intervention winemaking.
