About the Winery

Tua Rita is an iconic, family-owned winery in Suvereto in the Tuscan Maremma, founded in 1984 by Rita Tua and Virgilio Bisti. Now run by son-in-law Stefano Frascolla, the estate has grown from 10 to over 45 hectares, producing cult-status wines including Redigaffi (pure Merlot) and Giusto di Notri (Bordeaux blend), becoming one of the few Italian wineries with multiple 100-point wines and establishing Suvereto as a premier wine destination.
