About the Winery

Atavica is a 17-hectare organic farm in the Tuscan Maremma near Civitella Paganico, founded around 2020 by four friends who met in Dublin and moved to Italy to produce low-intervention, organic-certified natural wines from Sangiovese, Vermentino, Pugnitello, and Foglia Tonda. The estate champions transparency and nature-led winemaking across 5.5 hectares of vines, alongside organic olive oil production.
