Agriturismo Corte Pavone is a biodynamic estate in Montalcino, owned by the Loacker family and situated on a windswept ridge west of Montalcino at elevations of 450-500 meters. The estate produces Brunello di Montalcino from 100% Sangiovese Grosso, with native-yeast fermentations and aging in large-format oak, yielding wines of luminous fruit, high natural acidity, and fine architectural tannins.
