About the Winery
Vitis in Vulture is a cooperative of 50 members with 250 hectares of vineyards distributed across Lavello, Melfi, Venosa, Ripacandida, Barile, and Maschito in the heart of the Aglianico del Vulture area. With two modern production sites in Lavello including a barrel cellar designed by Japanese architect Hikaru Mori, the cooperative produces wines from native varieties including Aglianico, Fiano, Falanghina, and Greco, with all members practicing certified integrated or organic production.
