About the Winery

St. Quirinus is an organic and biodynamic winery in Caldaro, Alto Adige, founded in the 1970s and situated on a proud hill with views of Lake Kaltern, continuing a tradition of winemaking that dates back to the Bavarian monastery of Tegernsee in the Middle Ages. The Sinn family cultivates vineyards with a belief that a single grape can tell the story of its soil, living beings, wind, and weather, using traditional methods guided by the rhythms of time and moon phases. Their diverse range includes white wines from Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and PIWI varieties, and reds from Schiava, Lagrein, Pinot Noir, and Merlot, all certified organic and biodynamic.
