About the Winery

Colle Adimari is a young family-run estate in Cerreto Guidi, in the Val d'Elsa and Montalbano area near Florence, managed by siblings Virginia and Niccolo Rossetti. Spanning 10 hectares of vineyards on sandy, calcareous, and loamy soils between the Montalbano mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea, the estate produces Chianti and IGT wines primarily from Sangiovese using the traditional Governo Toscano method, with manual harvesting and aging in Tuscan oak vats, barrels, and terracotta amphoras.
