About the Winery
Vittorio Graziano is an iconic natural wine producer in Castelvetro di Modena, cultivating 5 hectares of organic vineyards with traditional local varieties including Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile and Trebbiano Modenese since 1978. Considered the godfather of pét-nat, he produces wines through bottle fermentation in the traditional Modenese manner, remaining on lees for over a year, with crown cap-only bottling and minimal sulfur addition.
