About the Winery
Founded in 1982 by Piero Costantini, Villa Simone acquired the historic vineyards of Cardinal Pallotta in Monte Porzio Catone, in the heart of Frascati country. Today led by enologist Lorenzo Costantini, the 25-hectare estate produces prestigious Frascati DOC and Frascati Superiore DOCG wines with a focus on Malvasia del Lazio, alongside red wines from Cesanese and Nero Buono on volcanic soils.
