Villa Liverzano is a 17th-century manor house transformed into a boutique eco-agriturismo in Brisighella, Ravenna, with 33 hectares including 3 hectares of vineyards and 5 hectares of olive groves. The estate produces organic wines, PDO Brisighella olive oil, grappa and gin, with vineyards on gypsum soils at 380 meters above sea level cultivated without pesticides or herbicides.
