Located on the island of Sant'Antiico off Sardinia's southwestern coast, Vigne Bentesali specializes in Carignano in purezza (pure Carignano) wines. The estate's ungrafted vines grow in sandy soils, a rare condition that produces wines of unique organoleptic character, with the island's hot, dry climate and Maestral winds creating ideal conditions for this historic Phoenician-introduced variety.
