About the Winery

Vallone di Cecione is an organic and biodynamic estate in Panzano in Chianti, run by fourth-generation winemaker Francesco Anichini. The winery produces distinctive Chianti Classico wines using local varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera, and the rare Canaiolo, aged in traditional chestnut wood barrels and clay or cement vats to preserve authentic Tuscan character.
