Cantine Valenti is a family winery on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily, led by Francesca, Giovanni, and Alessandro Valenti, with vineyards in six distinct contrade around Passopisciaro. The estate produces Etna DOC wines from indigenous varieties, expressing the unique characteristics of each terroir at high altitudes with significant thermal excursions.
