Valcerasa
About the Winery
Valcerasa is an organic winery founded in 2000 by Alice Bonaccorsi and Rosario Pappalardo in Randazzo on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily, named after the 'Cherry Valley' of their first family vineyard. The estate cultivates 18 hectares of vines between 700 and 900 meters on volcanic soils, producing Etna DOC wines from old Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Carricante vines using organic farming and natural winemaking methods.
