About the Winery

Winestillery is the world's first 'Vinstillery'—a unique combination of winery and independent artisanal distillery—located in Gaiole in Chianti, Toscana, founded by brothers Enrico (Master Distiller) and Niccolò Chioccioli Altadonna. The estate produces Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione wines alongside artisanal spirits including London Dry Gin, Tuscan Vermouth, and Tuscan Bitter, all crafted in small batches using a 500-liter copper pot still with a natural wine base and fermentation without selected yeasts.
