About the Winery

Cantine Domenico Russo is a family-run winery founded in 1998 in the countryside of Ginosa, near Taranto, just 22 km from Matera in the Terra delle Gravine area. The estate cultivates 10 hectares of organic espalier vineyards, producing approximately 30,000 bottles annually from native varieties including Primitivo, Malvasia Bianca, and Sangiovese, with the entire winemaking process personally supervised by the Russo family from grape cultivation to bottling.
