About the Winery

Venissa is a visionary winery and cultural project on the island of Mazzorbo in the Venetian Lagoon, owned by the Bisol family of Prosecco fame. The estate is renowned for reviving the nearly extinct Dorona di Venezia grape, a golden variety once favored by Venetian Doges, producing highly sought-after wines from its 0.8-hectare vineyard in saline-rich lagoon soils.
