About the Winery

Founded in 1956, Cantina di Montefiascone is the oldest DOC winery in the Lake Bolsena area and the largest in the region, renowned for producing the historic Est! Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone wine. The cooperative crafts wines exclusively from grapes grown by its member vineyards across the seven municipalities surrounding the volcanic lake, including Trebbiano Toscano, Trebbiano Giallo, Malvasia, and Roscetto for whites, alongside native red varieties under the Tuscia DOC and Colli Etruschi Viterbesi DOC appellations.
