About the Winery

The Minardi family, one of Frascati's oldest and most respected, has cultivated vineyards in the Castelli Romani for centuries and began bottling their own wines in 2010 after generations of selling to traditional Roman taverns. Today the family produces boutique Frascati Superiore DOCG, award-winning Cannellino di Frascati DOCG, and Rosso Lazio IGT from Cesanese grapes, welcoming visitors to their historic farmhouse for wine tastings with panoramic views of Rome.
