About the Winery

Azienda Agricola Calatroni is a certified organic, family-run winery founded in 1964 in Montecalvo Versiggia, Oltrepò Pavese, now managed by the third generation, brothers Cristian and Stefano. Spanning 15 hectares at 180-320 meters above sea level, the estate is celebrated for its elegant Metodo Classico sparkling wines from old-vine Pinot Nero, distinctive Riesling Renano, and traditional reds including Bonarda and Barbera, all crafted with sustainable practices and a deep commitment to expressing the limestone-rich terroir of the Versa Valley.
