About the Winery
Terra Donata is a boutique Franciacorta winery in Erbusco founded by Maurizio Vezzoli, producing approximately 7,000 bottles annually from just under one hectare of estate vineyards using entirely manual production methods. The estate specializes in two expressions of Metodo Classico: a Blanc de Blancs Brut Satèn from 100% Chardonnay and a Blanc de Noirs Dosaggio Zero from 100% Pinot Noir, with minimal intervention, long lees aging of at least 30 months, and a SoloUva protocol that uses no added sugars, expressing an authentic soul of Franciacorta terroir.
