About the Winery

Terra Di Rovo is a tiny natural wine estate founded in 2015 near Spoleto, with just over 1 hectare of organic vineyard planted with Trebbiano Spoletino and Cabernet Sauvignon at 350 meters altitude. Winemaker Giulia produces only two unfiltered, no-sulfite-added wines through spontaneous fermentation, following lunar cycles and organic principles in a biodiverse landscape surrounded by forests and wildflowers.
