About the Winery

Tenuta San Giorgio is a family-run winery founded in 1971 by Sergio Tombacco in Maserada sul Piave, located on the Grave di Papadopoli, Italy's largest river island formed by the Piave River in the province of Treviso. Now managed by the third and fourth generations of the Tombacco family, the estate encompasses 85 hectares of vineyards in the Piave area plus 10 hectares in Arquà Petrarca in the Colli Euganei, producing approximately 1.5 million bottles annually including Prosecco DOC Treviso, sparkling wines, and still wines from Glera, Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, and Raboso del Piave.
