About the Winery

Pfitscher is a family winery in Montagna, Alto Adige, with seven generations of winemaking tradition spanning over 160 years, now led by Klaus Pfitscher with his children Daniel, Hannes, and Marion. The estate was the first in Italy to be awarded 'KlimaHaus Wine' certification for sustainable production, cultivating approximately 20 hectares at elevations between 500 and 900 meters with a focus on Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Their wines are known for elegance, character, and a strong sense of identity, reflecting the steep high-altitude vineyards and cool climate of the region.
