About the Winery

Tenuta Monte Ilice is a winery on the southern slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily, located at 700 meters above sea level on the steep slopes of the extinct Monte Ilice crater. The estate recovered a 5-hectare abandoned vineyard, replanting indigenous varieties on steep 40% slopes where viticulture has always been practiced, producing Etna DOC wines.
