Tenuta Gorghi Tondi is an organic winery located within the WWF Lago Preola e Gorghi Tondi nature reserve near Mazara del Vallo in western Sicily, run by four generations of women. The estate produces organic wines from indigenous varieties including Grillo, Zibibbo, and Nero d'Avola, between the lakes, sea, and Mediterranean scrub.
