Tenuta del Travale is an estate in Rovito, Cosenza, founded by Raffaella Ciardullo, specializing in 'heroic viticulture' on terraced hillsides at 500 meters above sea level. The 5-hectare estate focuses on Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, producing artisanal wines including the acclaimed Eleuteria special edition aged in amphora, all from hand-tended vineyards on steep slopes surrounded by centuries-old olive trees.
