About the Winery

Tenuta Clivo del Cardinale is a small, women-led estate on 13 hectares in Montefalco's Fabbri area, with 9 hectares of vineyards and 4 of olive groves on an excellent sun-exposed hillside. The winery produces Sagrantino, Montefalco Rosso, Grechetto, a classic method sparkling wine, and a rosé, all from Sagrantino grapes grown on vines averaging 20-30 years old using sustainable agricultural practices.
